Willis ISD Counselors Exist To:
- Support and advocate for students, staff, and families though consultation and connecting resources.
- Help students navigate their social and emotional, academic, and post-secondary readiness through development of learner pathways.
- Guide and support teachers to build meaningful relationships with students.
- Identify and meet the individual needs of students.
- Teach interpersonal skills through counseling to help students manage emotions.
- Advocate and intervene to promote access and improve equity for all students.
